Week Thirty-Four (34/90)

This week will go down in history as the week that I stopped smoking. I smoked about 10 sticks on monday, 4 on tuesday, and zero on wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday, sunday, monday and tuesday (this week).
Thursday and Friday involved me getting my ass kicked by severe withdrawal symptoms. On saturday I met friends for breakfast and went on a date with the girlfriend, and on Saturday I blogged a pretty kickass post. Good week, I would say.
I think over the past 30 weeks or so I’ve constantly mentioned- I perpetually feel like i’m on the brink of getting something done, like I’m making progress but not as effectively as possible, like on the verge of a breakthrough but not quite.
After doing the post on managing effective change and making remarkable (with reference to my past behavior) progress with non-smoking and fitness, it suddenly clicked.
I NEED TO PLAN MY WEEKS.
Seriously, Visa, that was a long time coming.
It can only get better from here.
